In April 1911 Wilfred was a scholar and was residing in the family home at Bridge Street, Barrow upon Soar, Leics., together with his father, now a carpenter, his mother and siblings, Alfred, Hetty, Clara, Walter, Mary, Frank and Eva, born 1905 in Barrow upon Soar, Leics.
