"My Father was in the "Z" AOW in Malaya 1941 , he was along with 80 other RAOC personnel put on a boat , the Pula Sugie And escaped the surrender of Singapore . The boat was sunk by the Japanese in the Banka Straight , he was interned in various pow camps at Muntok and Palembang . Web site is at www.ksnowdon.uk"
