ContributeSource: Leicestershire War Memorials Project. Harding, Frederick John Atkin, born 1911 in Melton Mowbray. He left MHGS 1930 to go to Keble Oxford from where he went on to teach English at the Hyderabad University, India and he became Professor there. He joined the Indian Army General Service Corps, as a Lieutenant died 15 Feb 1942 and is commemorated on the Singapore Memorial Column 143.
