Thomas William was a Grocer's Assistant and was born in 1897 in Mountsorrel, Leicestershire, he had one sibling, a sister Edith May, born 1893 in Mountsorrel, Leicestershire. In April 1911 the family home was at Castledines Yard, Mountsorrel, Leicestershire.
