The Bde marched at 7.30am towards BAGHDAD and went into camp about two miles from BAGHDAD arriving at 1.30pm. Outpost line taken up Battn finding No. 3 Section, 2000 yard front on railway line. 2 platoons by day, one Coy by night. Weather very hot during the day.
