The 1911 census records for Bath Street, Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Eliza Crewe, head of the family, single and engaged in House Duties, born 1855 in West Walton, Norfolk, also Ellen Crewe, niece, single and a Corset Trimmer, born 1884 in Emneth, Norfolk, Jospephine Wilson, niece, single and a Corset Machinist, born 1888 in Market Harborough, Leics., Harold, nephew, single and a Rubber Factory Hand, born 1892 in Market Harborough, Leics. and Harry, nephew, single and an Errand Boy, born 1895 in Fleckney, Leics. The Medal Index Card shows that he was awarded the 1915 Star, Roll CG/1B, Page 165, and also the British and Victory Medals, Roll C8/101B7, Page 468. He first entered the theatre of war in France on the 15th August 1915.
