Used to be associated with another monument when located in the Garrison Church, Dublin but the plaque was moved in January 1922 when the building was given to the provisional government of Ireland

THIS TABLET AND A MONUMENT IN THE CHURCHYARD
ARE ERECTED BY HIS BROTHER OFFICERS IN TOKEN OF
THE VERY SINCERE ESTEEM IN WHICH HE WAS HELD
BY THEM ALL AND TO PRESERVE THE MEMORY OF A
GOOD AND GALLANT SOLDIER. BRASS PLAQUE: THIS TABLET WAS REMOVED FROM THE
GARRISON CHURCH, DUBLIN, IN JANUARY 1922
