White marble plaque with brown lettering and mottled brown marble frame. 42 x 25 inches, 60kg weight. Names recorded in four columns sectioned off in gold. UKNIWM advises moved from Congregational Chapel when converted for residential use. Held in wooden and glass display case. The tablets were unveiled on Sunday 21 March 1948 by the Lord Cromwell and dedicated by Canon R Chalmers, on the same day the memorial plaques in the parish church and the seats on the green were unveiled.
