Stone wheel cross on circular three tiered base (top tier has segments removed to show further plaques?). Name plaques changed recently. Unveiled Sunday 3rd April 1921 by Lieut Col WV Faber RFA, dedicated by Archdeacon of Leicester FB Mcnutt.
