Tall column with small cross at head. On square base on three tiered hexagonal steps. Inscription directly on base and WW2 names on metal plaque on step beneath. Slate plaques recently added with inscriptions directly on base. Unveiled November 1920 by Lord Ancaster; benediction by Rector Rev TW Owen. Represents Empingham and Normanton.
